Karlovy Vary is a world renowned spa town, 100kms west of Prague, whose healing waters, according to legend, were well known to Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV (Charles I, King of Bohemia). Regular visits by monarchs and significant personalities helped to develop the town and make it famous. For over 70 years, Karlovy Vary has been the venue for a leading international film festival (category A) with many famous celebrities participating. Trip with guided tour of the most attractive areas (lunch a la carte is not included in the price and a visit to the world famous glass works, Moser, takes 8 hours.
