To Public 5S Workshop

Prague, Žofín, May 15, 2019

 

Purpose
To introduce Japanese 5S program based on Kaizen philosophy
to the Czech and Slovak society to support responsible citizenship and ecological thinking.

The workshop is organized as a part of Rotary week and District conference in Prague together by the Rotary District 2240 for the Czech and Slovak Republic and the Czech Alumni Association of Japanese AOTS – Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship.

Program

09.00 – 9.10 Welcome by Rotary and AOTS representatives and introduction from his Excellency Mr. Kaoru Shimazaki, Japanese Ambassador in the CR
09.10 – 9.30 Experience with Public 5S in Japan - Yoshihito Tanaka – past president of Clean Up Japan Initiative
09.30 – 9.50 Experience with Public 5S in Romania - Julien Bratu, chairman of Kaizen Institute Romania
09.50 – 10.00 Questions
10.00 – 10.20 Coffee Break

10.20 – 10.30 Introductions to 5S Practice in the workshop
10.30 – 11.30 5S Practice in Prague

11.30 – 12.00 Feedback and evaluation
12.00 – 1 p.m. Refreshment
