Our invitation to the May WEEK OF ROTARY IN PRAGUE culminating in our District Conference, has been accepted, amongst others, by Thomas Watzenböck, bearer of the Rotary International SERVICE ABOVE SELF AWARD.

The first extensive presentation of the Prague Rotary Week and District Conference was unveiled at DG Zdeněk Michálek’s brainstorming meeting with his assistants, and members of the District Committees and Commissions on 20 October 218 in Kopřivnice.

They came from 13 countries and their number will exceed 100. We are talking about foreign high school students, participating in the exchange programme scheduled for 2018/2019 in Czech and Slovak cities.

Pavel Čižinský, Mayor of Prague 1 Borough, liked our intention to turn the Žofín Park to a venue for presenting the many projects and partners that support our Rotary Clubs.
